Over the past two weeks, Coffee County Schools’ Career and Technical Education (CTE) program took students to two competitions.
The CTE program posted about the competitions on its Facebook page.
On April 21 and April 22, the Coffee County Construction program participated in “The Works” first annual competition. Students Brayden Kesling, Levi Brinkley, Jolen Gurdak, Ismail Salazar, Elijah Vernon, Angelo Pecina and Landen Reeves traveled with coach Kerry Gannon to Williamson County to take part in the competition.
Coffee County Schools commended the students and their coach for representing the district well.
On April 27, the Coffee County Machine Tool program participated in an annual competition held by the Schmeide Corporation. Students Daldon Keele, Levi Bailey, Brayden Kesling, Ethan Stephens, Quinton McCart, and Noah Williams traveled to the competition with coach Chris Williams.
Coffee County Schools again commended the students and their coach for representing the district well. The district highlighted Ethan Stephens, who took first place in the lathe competition.
