On Friday, May 8, Coffee County Schools announced that Sarai Munoz had been named the Tennessee State Champion in Microsoft Excel.

Congratulations to Sarai Munoz who has recently earned the title of Tennessee State Champion in Microsoft Excel (Office 2019) for her exceptional score on the Microsoft Office Specialist certification exam! Coffee County Central High School had 16 students certify in Word and PowerPoint, 11 students certified in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, 1 student became an Excel Expert and 2 students became certified experts in both Word and Excel. Way to go!
According to the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) website, a Coffee County Central High School Student took third place in the Microsoft PowerPoint competition.
As a state winner, Munoz is invited to compete at the MOS U.S. National Championship, which will be held in Nashville on June 15. National winners will be announced on June 17.
