Daylight Saving Time, also referred to as daylight savings time, daylight time, or summer time, is the practice of advancing clocks to make better use of the longer daylight available during summer so that darkness falls at a later clock time.
Clocks will fall back one hour at 2 a.m. local time on Sunday, November 2, 2025, to end Daylight Saving Time. The change to standard time means an extra hour of sleep, but you will need to manually change analog clocks and other non-smart devices.
