Last week, the Tullahoma City Schools (TCS) Nutrition Department named its Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year, and Kitchen of the Year.
The East Lincoln Elementary School nutrition team earned the Kitchen of the Year Award.
“This team has worked tirelessly and without hesitation to deliver the best of what we do every single day. Their passion and commitment are commendable, and we are exceedingly grateful to have such a wonderful team at the Eagles Nest,” the TCS Nutrition Department said in a Facebook post.
Cindy Riddle received the Employee of the Year Award.
“Cindy has been an outstanding member of our team for over a decade, embodying excellence in everything she does,” the TCS Nutrition Department said in a Facebook post.
Kristie Johnson was named Manager of the Year.
“This was Kristie’s first year with us, and she did an outstanding job. Our scoring rubric is robust and thorough, and Kristie truly excelled. Not only did she meet all her success markers in the data, but she also built a fantastic team that consistently serves delicious meals to the children with a smile, no matter what chaos arises,” the TCS Nutrition Department said in a Facebook post.
