Robert Samuel Hodge, age 68, of Manchester, TN passed from this life Thursday, May 28, 2026, in Manchester.
Mr. Hodge was born in Manchester, TN, to his late parents Beecher and Emma Cunningham Hodge. He worked in maintenance with Cubic Transportation in Tullahoma for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and canning. He was also known to his family for his cooking and his big fireworks shows on July 4. Mr. Hodge was a jokester, always joking and making people laugh. He was a jack of all trades and was dearly loved by his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Dale Hodge.
Mr. Hodge is survived by his wife of 2 years, Myriam Hodges; sons, Zac Hodges (Connie) and Joe Pless (Karen); brothers, David Hodge and Donald Hodge; sister, Linda Smith (Wayne); grandchildren, Grant, Avery, Cameryn, Whit, and Paris; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 12:00pm until 2:00pm with funeral services following at 2:00pm at Central Funeral Home in Manchester, TN. Burial will follow at Hillsboro Presbyterian Cemetery in Hillsboro.
