Sharon Denise Reis, age 64, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026. Born in Manchester on December 18, 1961, to Charlene Lowe and the late Landon Lowe, Sharon was a dedicated student, a helpful presence in her community, and above all, a devoted mother and grandmother.
For many years, Sharon was a welcoming face at Motlow State Community College, where she worked in the Admissions department assisting countless students as they pursued their educational goals. Always lead by example, Sharon was a lifelong learner who was actively enrolled in online courses to achieve her Master’s degree. Outside of her career and studies, her greatest joy in life was her family. She delighted in spent hours searching for special gifts for her grandchildren and loved the thrill of finding hidden treasures at weekend yard sales.
She was preceded in death by her father, Landon Lowe, and her cherished grandson, Isaiah Vail.
Sharon is survived by her loving mother, Charlene Lowe; her children, Jeremy Anthony (Kasey) and Brandy Miniard; her siblings, Oliver Lowe and Cathy St. John (Jimmy); and her six beloved grandchildren, Tristin Vail, Orion Miniard, Bailey Miniard, Hunter Anthony, Adalynn Anthony, and Jackson Anthony, all of whom brought immense light to her life.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Manchester Funeral Home. Following visitation, a procession will leave at 3:00 PM for a graveside service and burial at Forest Mills Cemetery.
